The audio report by Mr Abdul Qayum Afridi discusses that more and more pregnant females should be encouraged upon delivery at a nearby health facility than at home. Often complications such as high and low blood pressure or hemorrhage may arise during the delivery process and often can not be dealt with by the midwives. If such complications are not addressed in time, they are likely to prove fatal and therefore to avoid such adversities it is advised to proceed with deliveries at health facilities.
